Privacy notice

This notice covers the Closers HQ website and the enquiry form on it. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company and its website, your job title, and your message. We collect nothing else through this site.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose, to answer your request. That includes preparing a buyer map if you asked for one and writing back to you about it.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until your request is closed. After that we hold them for up to 12 months, in case you pick the conversation up again, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Your details are never sold, rented or traded. They are read only by the people at Closers HQ who handle your request.

Stopping contact and deletion

Reply "stop" to any message from us and we will not contact you again. To have your details deleted, write to clara.english@closershq.co or send a note through the contact form. We will confirm once it is done.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives the basic technical details any browser sends when it fetches a file.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will appear on this page.
