Sheet A · Elevation

Finish what your referrals started.

Your company grew on people who already knew you. Referrals did the heavy lifting and the trade show booth did the rest. That is a network. It is valuable, and it is not a system. We build the channels you never switched on, run them until they bring in pipeline you can see, then hand the whole thing to you and leave.

ENGINE ROOM YOUR HQ OWNED GRADE
Elevation of a client headquarters, engine room marked. Drawn by us, owned by you.
Sheet B · The name

Read the name from the other end.

Most people hear closers and picture a sales floor. We mean the end of a job. A closer is whoever stays until the thing is finished. They test what was built. They fix what breaks. They walk the owner through it and hand over the keys.

Outside help is usually gone long before that point. We plan for it from the first conversation.

The HQ part is yours as well. The engine we build lives in your headquarters, on your accounts, run by your people. Ours is only where the drawings get made.

Sheet C · Plan view

Count the roads into your market.

There are four ways to reach a buyer who has never heard of you. Go to them directly with outbound. Publish things worth finding. Ask the people who trust you to make introductions. Pay to be seen.

Most established companies use one road, usually referrals, and leave the others closed. Nobody decided that. The business grew faster than anyone had time to plan for, and the one road kept working well enough.

YOUR HQ OUTBOUND IDLE CONTENT IDLE REFERRALS IN USE PAID IDLE BOUNDARY
Plan view of a typical established company. One road in use, three never opened.

Well enough is the trouble. A network grows when your contacts do. A system grows when you decide it should.

Sheet D · Site work

Pick the firm that stays on site.

Outside firms tend to leave in one of two ways. Some deliver a strategy and go home, and the plan sits in a folder. Others plug in a retainer and never quite leave, because everything they learned stays in their heads.

We work another way. We design the channels you are missing, build them, staff them and run them ourselves. Every message is researched and written for one real person, and someone on our side reads it before it goes anywhere. We stay through the rewrites, the quiet stretches and the first real conversations.

We leave when the engine produces pipeline, measured against a baseline we agree with you before anything starts.

Sheet E · Handover schedule

Keep everything when we go.

The point of the work is that you own it at the end. This is what we hand across the table.

Playbook
Written down in plain language. Who you go after and why, what you say, and how you decide what to change.
Data
The research on your buyers, sitting in your own systems, kept clean the whole time we run it.
Sequences
Every message path we built, with the reasoning behind each step, so nobody has to guess later.
People
Your own staff, trained beside us until they can run it without us in the room.

Sheet F · First step

Tell us where you stand.

Send a few lines about your situation. Who you sell to, how new business reaches you today, and what you tried that did not stick. We reply with a free Reachable Buyer Map, a short read of which channels you run, which sit idle, and where an engine would fit.

No pitch deck. No obligation. If we are the wrong firm for it, we will tell you.
