Sheet O · Detail

Write to one person at a time.

Outbound has a bad name because most of it is lazy. Somebody buys a list, writes one template, and a crowd of strangers gets the same note. We run it the slow way, because the slow way is the one buyers answer.

Detail O.1 · Research

Find the reason before you write.

Before anyone drafts a word, we work out who the person is and what has changed for them. A new role. A new site opening. A problem their peers keep raising. If we cannot find a real reason to get in touch, we do not get in touch.

Detail O.2 · Writing

Give every message one reader.

Each message is written for the person who will read it. It says why we are writing to them and not to their whole industry. Then a human on our side reads it before it goes. Anything that would embarrass you does not leave the building.

What we do

Research one person, write for that person, have a second pair of eyes check it, and only then send it.

What we refuse

Bought lists blasted in bulk. Fake familiarity. Messages that pretend to be something they are not.

Detail O.3 · Consent

Treat a no as final.

We contact people who have a genuine business reason to hear from you. When someone says no, that answer holds across every channel at once, and it stays that way. It is good manners and it is good business. Buyers remember who listened.

Detail O.4 · Around it

Build what the buyer checks next.

A buyer who gets a good message usually looks you up. So we build what they find. Press coverage that shows you know the field. Short video that explains how you think. A site that answers the questions buyers actually ask.

Then search work, so that when a buyer asks an AI assistant for a shortlist in your category, your name is on it.

Detail O.5 · People

Sit your team beside ours.

While we run it, our people do the research, the writing and the reviewing. Your people work alongside them. By handover your team knows the work by heart, because they have been doing it with us all along.
